HANDS OF MERCY MISSION TRIP
Postponed Until Further Notice | Ensenada, Mexico
This program provides an opportunity for FCC members and friends to participate in a ministry that serves needy Christian families outside of the United States. Specifically, these are families from the poorer communities near and around Ensenada, Mexico. The goal is to build a loft house and furnish it with a family Bible, basic food supplies, cast iron pots, homemade curtains and bedding. The house is given to a deserving family that has purchased a vacant lot near Ensenada. FCC volunteers donate items as well as contribute to the expense and construction of the loft house. The trip to Mexico will cost no more than $250 per person, with partial scholarships available. The cost will cover travel expenses, food, and lodging. Our primary goal is to serve God and his Kingdom. However, the time shared with fellow Christians and serving others is a blessing that touches all of those who participate. For questions or if you wish to donate, contact: Jon & Diane Cox at 805-937-0446 or Ralph & Kathy Schell at 805-458-0450.
ENCOURAGMENT THRU MENTORING AND DISCIPLESHIP
FCC would like to help you grow in Christ. If you are interested, we would like to pair you with a mentor to help you grow in many different areas of your Christian walk. We all need encouragement and growth in our Christian walk. A mentoring relationship with others in the church helps us to deal with the many issues of life we face every day.
