Wycliffe Bible Translators
Mission of Wycliffe: To see a Bible translation program in progress in every language still needing one by 2025. Today about 350 million people do not have the Bible in their own language. Wycliffe is passionate about seeing all the peoples of the earth have the Bible in the language they understand best. The work of Wycliffe brings the Word of God (through translation) and the living Church (through Christ's followers who commit themselves to the work) into a language community. When God's Spirit, God's Church and God's Word reside and work together, God's glory brings transformation. Wycliffe also focuses on community development, literacy development and church partnerships.
Vision of Wycliffe: To make God's Word accessible to all people in the language of their heart.
